Most tenancy issues can be sorted with the free guidance we provide every day through the Tenant Support Group community on Facebook. Our volunteers help thousands of renters each year understand their rights, respond to notices, and deal with the smaller day‑to‑day problems that come with renting in New Zealand. That support will always remain free and accessible to everyone with Facebook access.
For tenants facing more complex situations, or who need one‑on‑one help to prepare for the Tenancy Tribunal, we also offer structured support packages. These include our Budget Support Package for tenants who mainly need clarity, direction, and a written plan they can follow themselves.
Then we have our Premium Tribunal Support Package, which provides full case preparation, evidence bundles, written submissions, and personalised guidance. This is the most powerful Tenancy Tribunal Packakge in NZ.
We’ve also added a new Free Tribunal Support Kit. This is a downloadable resource designed to help renters begin preparing for a Tribunal hearing on their own. It includes templates, checklists, and step‑by‑step guidance to help you get started, even if you’re not ready for one‑on‑one support.
